Nora is a beautiful 1930s black amethyst hobnail vase. She is in divine condition and holds a nice, large wax load!  Black amethyst (which is sometimes referred to as "onyx glass") appears black to the naked eye, but under bright, direct light, you can see that it is made of deep purple glass. What a treasure, not to mention hard to find! Nora measures 5.5" diameter x 6" tall.
