We gladly accept returns on vessels that have been damaged in transit, as well as candles that do not work properly within 90 days of purchase. We ask that photos be sent in those situations so that we can assess whether or not a product is eligible for return. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to Old Flame Candle Co.
